Description: EMERGENCY NOTICE for Compliance & Auditing Services. NOT A BIDDING OPPORTUNITY. This is only a Public Notice. Term: 8-31-26 - 11-28-26. The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the current vendor shall provide emergency compliance auditing services for a 90-day period to ensure oversight and compliance functions under the Compliance Auditing Services contract. Due to limited staffing and internal audit expertise, these services are necessary to support and train staff in conducting audits assigned through the Bureau of Investigations and Compliance. The services support compliance with GATA and applicable federal and state auditing standards, including GAGAS, GAAS, GAAP, FAR, 23 CFR 172, and the AASHTO Audit Guide, and may include assistance with external audits, Auditor General requests, and FOIA inquiries.
