Emergency Medical Response (ALS) and Transportation Services (Request For Qualifications)

Description: Seeking a qualified independent contractor to provide 24/7 Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) and ambulance response and transportation services for emergency and as-needed medical situations. The contractor must maintain a minimum average ambulance response time of six minutes or less and station at least one licensed ALS ambulance directly within the city limits. Responsibilities include handling dispatch calls, providing patient lifting/handling equipment, administering blood draws upon request, offering low-cost continuing education courses (such as CPR, BLS, and ACLS) for local police and fire departments, providing free community preparedness training, and submitting quarterly performance and patient satisfaction reporting.
