Elmira Correctional Facility Electrical Switchgear Testing/partial Discharge Testing RFP

Description: Testing, maintenance, and Partial Discharge of 15kV vacuum circuit breakers, protective relays, transfer switches, facility transformers, battery banks and chargers, analog metering systems, and visual inspections of electrical distribution systems across multiple facility buildings. The project also includes providing and operating portable generators to maintain critical facility operations during scheduled outages, support for outage coordination and temporary power connection. Installing UL-listed infrared windows in incoming switchgear.
