Ellicottville Town - IT Managed Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking managed service providers to consolidate all municipal IT infrastructure and suport services under a single unified agreement. The selected vendor will eliminate operational gaps, oversee daily IT operations, and establish centralized governance across all Town departments. Additionally, the selected vendor will be required to develop a comprehensive Centralization and Migration Strategy to integrate all departments into a unified architecture. See attached file.
