Elkton Library Renovation and Expansion RFP

Description: Cecil County Public Library is soliciting sealed bids from qualified general contractors for the renovation and expansion of the Elkton Branch Library at 301 Newark Ave., Elkton, Maryland. The work includes renovation of the existing building, structural and exterior changes, enclosure of about 3,000 square feet of courtyard space, a new entry canopy, and associated grading, utilities, stormwater, landscaping, and hardscape improvements.
