Elevator Modernization (RFP)

Project involves the rehabilitation and modernization of two existing elevators, including the complete overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to extend their service life and ensure compliance with current safety and accessibility standards. The scope includes the replacement of key components such as motors, doors, control panels, and safety devices, as well as cosmetic upgrades to the elevator cabins. The goal is to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and user experience while minimizing downtime during the rehabilitation process.
