Elevator Maintenance and Inspections RFP

Description: The Maryland Historical Trust, an instrumentality of the Maryland Department of Planning, seeks a contractor for preventative maintenance and annual testing/inspections of elevators and lifts at JPPM in Saint Leonard, Maryland. The IFB covers a three-year, nonrenewable contract from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2029, including emergency service calls and hourly rates.
