Electronic Traffic Control Devices
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to participate in a prequalified supply list for the eligibility for the supply of electronic traffic control devices on an if and when needed basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). *This is a repost of RFSQ 8701, posted on September 11, 2023. Suppliers who were previously prequalified through RFSQ 8701 do not need to respond to this reposting. A list of the prequalified suppliers can be found on SaskTenders under RFSQ 8701. This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process. Additional Information: This pre-qualification will be posted to SaskTenders on a continuous basis for the length of the RFSQ term. The same terms and conditions, qualifications, requirements and evaluation processes set out in the initial RFSQ document will apply to all Respondents. The evaluations and selection of Respondents will occur quarterly or at the discretion of GOS from the Issue Date of RFSQ onboarding until the onboarding process ends. The onboarding process is expected to continue until six (6) months prior to expiration of the RFSQ term, and questions will be answered continuously through the onboarding process.
