Electrical Service Upgrades at Milford Transfer Station RFP

Description: The City of Milford, Connecticut, through its Office of the Purchasing Agent, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for electrical service upgrades at the Milford Transfer Station located at 755 Oronoque Road, Milford, Connecticut. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent at 70 West River Street, Milford, CT no later than 3:00 PM EDT on Thursday, August 13, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the transfer station at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026. A 5% bid bond must accompany each bid, and the successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor and Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance upon Notice of Award.
