Description: The Texas Historical Commission seeks a licensed electrical contractor to install underground service lines and complete electrical systems for the Herd Office and Herd Barn at Fort Griffin State Historic Site in Albany, TX. Work includes installing two 200-amp feed-through panel disconnects, underground copper THHN runs, a 200-amp panel, and specified LED interior and exterior lighting. The project must be completed within 90 days of award by a contractor with at least three years of experience and a current TDLR license.
