Pallet Trucks and Electric Scissor Lift Equipment
The City of Philadelphia’s Free Library is soliciting a new 19-foot electric scissor lift with a minimum 500-pound platform capacity, a maximum width of 32 inches, non-marking tires, and a factory-installed hydraulic-fluid leak containment system. An October 14 amendment canceled the pallet-truck items, leaving the scissor lift as the remaining equipment item; the price is to include delivery and the required accessories, charger, manual, and warranty. The City may award the purchase as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with bids due October 21, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM.
