Key deliverables will include: design Specification outlining system requirements and technologies; development plan addressing outstanding design and resource questions; introductory design to serve as the basis for performance and financial analysis; performance assessment evaluating technical and operational viability; financial assessment including project costs, revenues, and funding scenarios; construction specification suitable for grant applications or construction bids; final report summarizing lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
