Eleanor Frank Senior Center-Main Parking Lot (Concrete/Asphalt) RFP

Description: Replace the parking lot located at the Eleanor Frank Senior Center. Base Bid Project: coordinate, schedule, excavate & dispose of mill-out existing pavement and re-asphalt: Demo existing concrete patches in parking lot; Demo and replace damaged drain grate with approximately 7 1/f of curbing; demo and replace at the NE location of the lot. Demo and replace 8'x8' section of concrete around the catch basin in the parking lot; Demo existing asphalt and replace with 6" of concrete to match the existing concrete where there was an existing island (approx. 380 SF).
