Economic Development Strategic Plan (Request for Qualifications of Proposals)

Description: Develop an economic development strategic plan for the tribal community covering a five-year period for the entire Tribe, including Tribal Gaming Organization, Quil Ceda Village, and the Tulalip Tribal Corp. The proposed plan is multifaceted, featuring economic development, infrastructure development, six cluster industries, information about financing options for larger development projects, workforce development, and broadband connectivity. The plan will be a forward-looking strategy that identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the community's overall economic landscape. The strategy will serve as a road map for building economic resiliency while maintaining the tribe’s vision, mission, and values.
