Building construction includes windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, foundation drains, roof, rood leaders and downspouts, and access/parking and walkways. The contract also requires the existing wellhead piping to be rerouted from the existing ion exchange (IX) treatment system to the new GAC system and install the proposed GAC effluent piping to the existing IX treatment train, as depicted and described within the contract documents. As well as all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.
