Description: The Bureau of Reclamation seeks quotes to replace two existing HVAC systems serving two single-story bunk houses at Planet Ranch Conservation Area, a remote site outside Parker, Arizona, along the Bill Williams River. The project is a 100% small-business set-aside, with the agency contemplating one firm-fixed-price purchase order and a project magnitude of $100,000 to $200,000. A site visit is scheduled for October 14, 2026, and quotes are due October 27, 2026.
