Dunwoody Road Gap Fill Sidewalk T6026-2

Description: The City of Sandy Springs is seeking bids for the Dunwoody Road Gap Fill Sidewalk Project (T6026-2). Work includes approximately 340 linear feet of six-foot-wide sidewalk with a two-foot landscape strip near Dunwoody Road and Spalding Drive, as well as grading, curb and gutter, pavement markings, signage, utility adjustments, erosion control, traffic management, and site restoration. The project is intended to improve pedestrian safety and connectivity between Sandy Springs and Dunwoody, and bids are due November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
