Due Diligence Posting - Schneider FY27 / Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital Building Automated Control System Preventative Maintenance and Repair RFP

Description: One 8-hour on-site visit per month to address service log issues, perform routine maintenance of host PCs and network controllers, and respond to directed work. Emergency Onsite Response within 4 hours of notification. Monthly preventative maintenance and repair contract for the WRCH building's automated control system, a computerized, intelligent network designed to monitor and control the mechanical, electronics, and lighting systems at WRCH. The WRCH has the Andover Continuum Building Management System.
