Provide construction manager at risk (cmar) services for the above project. The scope of the work will include pre-construction and construction-phase services. The district plans to replace and modernize classrooms to meet 21st-century learning standards, enhance adaptability and flexibility, and expand air conditioning throughout Drexler Middle School. This will be a phased approach to maintain the current number of classrooms during the initial phases and to expand by an additional 8-10 classrooms over the current state. Other improvements include expanding the kitchen and cafeteria/commons area to meet current needs, improving internal building circulation, and preparing for future growth.
