DSS Model Enhancements to Support CO Water Plan *SOLE SOURCE*

Mississippi State University is issuing a sole-source procurement to purchase an Integrated Early Head Start/Head Start support model to provide programmatic operations, curriculum, compliance, training, coaching, and software. The university has identified Shine Early Learning (a division of Acelero, Incorporated) as the sole vendor able to provide the fully integrated solution. The estimated contract value is $2,192,585 and the procurement is intended to ensure continuity and compliance with Department of Health and Human Services - Administration for Children and Families requirements.
