The Department of Veterans Affairs issued this Sources Sought notice to conduct market research for a future national mandatory-requirements contract for Droxidopa oral capsules in 100 mg, 200 mg, and 300 mg strengths, supplied in 90-count bottles. Respondents must provide unique National Drug Codes, demonstrate manufacturing or supply commitments and U.S.-made or Trade Agreements Act eligibility, and address unit-of-use packaging requirements including child-proof closures and specified bottle and label dimensions. The contemplated contract would include a one-year base period and up to four one-year option periods, with responses due September 4, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. CDT.
