This scope of work will install the required utilities and safety equipment for the establishment of a driving range. A concrete storage pad, relocated storage shed, concrete pad for tee boxes (10’ x 100’), and a berm will be provided and installed by the Government. Provide a new, 120/240V, 1-phase, 3-wire, SE rated panelboard in a NEMA 3R enclosure and install on or next to the existing unmarked utility pole along Mifflin Avenue next to the new driving range site. Utilize the existing pole mounted transformer to power the new panelboard. New panelboard must have copper bussing. Provide grounding system in accordance with NEC requirements. Ground rods must be copper-clad steel, minimum 3/4-inch diameter and minimum 10-foot length. Provide a new Schneider Electric Powerlogic model PM5560 electric meter ahead of the new panelboard. New electric meter must be installed in a weatherproof enclosure. Provide new Veris Industries Model H6811 CT’s, appropriately sized, and install in the new panelboard. Provide Veris model AH06 universal brackets for mounting CTs. See attached file.
