Monitor the groundwater conditions at applicable landfill sites. Implement complete monitoring programs for sites with existing WDRs, cleanup and abatement orders, and/or other groundwater regulations. Provide all sampling, data analysis, groundwater equipment (wells, pumps, etc) evaluation, and reporting that is required on a recurring basis, complete groundwater monitoring, investigations, risk assessments, or other professional services related to the successful implementation of the closed landfills groundwater program, plan and execute drilling, boring, or other construction work required to successfully implement the closed landfills groundwater program. TBGS-Landfill Gas to Natural Gas Conversion
The Project includes required modifications to the engine generator system such that a feed from the existing plant natural gas supply is designed to provide natural gas at the required pressure for the engines. Due to the high-pressure differential between the supply and engine requirements, multiple regulator steps will be required. The large drop in pressure results in a large drop in gas temperature, so The Project adds an electric gas heater to counteract the large drop in temperature.
