Project scope generally consists of structural repairs to a DPW truck garage, including repairs and select replacement of steel roof decking, roof framing, masonry backup wall, and face brick. Remove and replace the existing roof assembly with new single-ply roofing and tapered insulation and replace existing clerestory windows with new translucent insulated glazing system.
