Description: The Project consists of installing a new ADA compliant handicap ramp with retaining walls and railing, retaining wall seating at the museum plaza, town clock, paver placement at the intersection, parking lot improvements to include paving, striping and wheel stops, and flagpole planter improvements. Optional items that may be included (dependent upon bid cost) are concrete removal and replacement along the parking lot, drainage installation, restriping of the existing pavement markings on additional sidewalk and curb and gutter installation.
