The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from a qualified General Contractor for the Lawrenceville Lawn Pedestrian Improvements project, which is a construction services contract under Construction Services Bid Opportunities. The scope includes traffic control (MUTCD and GDOT standards), erosion control BMPs, site work (clearing, grubbing, grading, excavation), concrete paving (curb & gutter, sidewalk/plaza, ADA ramps), crack sealing, seal coating, thermoplastic striping, 42-inch painted handrails, and removable bollards.
