Downtown Lighting Project

The City of Riverside is soliciting bids for the Downtown Parking Lighting project to install a new string lighting system along Main Street, 5th Street, and within City Parking Lot No. 1 to support downtown public spaces and the Cheech Marin Center. Work includes underground trenching, conduit and wiring, reinforced concrete footings, steel poles, furnishing and installing string lighting, traffic control, and surface restoration (sidewalks, pavers, pavement, landscaping). Bidders must register and submit questions and proposals via the City’s PlanetBids electronic bidding system and meet City business tax registration and licensing requirements.
