Dover Air Force Base Dormitory RFP

Description: Construct a 245-room dormitory consisting of a multi-level steel frame structure with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slabs, interior corridors, masonry walls/finish system with 8-inch interior walls and 12" exterior walls, sloped metal roof, pavements, utilities, and other necessary support. The dormitory space shall include Enhanced 1+1 room configurations with a private bathroom, living modules and laundry, vending, storage, administrative, recreation, and supporting facilities in accordance with the Air Force Enlisted Unaccompanied Housing Guidance Memo, 25 July 2018. The project includes all utilities, site improvements, pavements, detection/protection features, security enhancements, and other supporting work necessary to provide a complete and useable facility.
