Description: Glenmont Job Corps Center seeks qualified mechanical and plumbing contractors to replace domestic hot water equipment serving the North and South Dormitories at 822 River Road in Glenmont, New York. The work includes removing four approximately 505-gallon storage tanks, installing four new 500-gallon insulated tanks, replacing four heat exchangers, and installing a bronze Bell & Gossett circulator pump in the North Dormitory. This subcontracting opportunity with Adams and Associates includes associated piping, electrical work, insulation, temporary hot water arrangements, testing, startup, and commissioning.
