Description: The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Corrections, is seeking psychiatric services for Marion Correctional Center at 110 Wright Street, Marion, Virginia, serving approximately 200 male inmates. Services may be provided onsite or by telehealth for up to 24 hours per week and include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, monitoring, follow-up recommendations, recordkeeping, and emergency consultations. The initial contract term is one year with options for four successive one-year renewals, and qualified psychiatrists must hold a Virginia medical license, board certification in psychiatry, and a DEA certificate.
