Work includes underground utility and excavation contractors (cuc/uc) to complete infrastructure improvements required for the new ecat facility: installation of silt fence and hay bales, including appropriate replacement throughout this phase. Selective clearing and grubbing; installation of sanitary sewer, potable water, reclaimed water (if applicable), natural gas, electrical, communications, and other underground utilities; construction of stormwater management facilities, including retention ponds, drainage structures, storm sewer piping, inlets, and associated conveyance systems; construction of temporary paved roadways and parking lots. Contractor shall provide stabilized subgrade and base materials or all areas that will receive permanent concrete or permanent asphalt. All base materials must be preapproved by the county prior to installation. See attached file.
