District Office Building / Satellite EOC Facility RFP

Description: The Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District is soliciting sealed bids for a new district office with a satellite emergency operations center. The project includes a maintenance shop with a covered work area and two-story offices and storage, a reinforced safe room, and site improvements such as drives, parking, security fencing, a wash rack, fueling station, and dumpster enclosure.
