District Attorney's Office Renovation (RFP)

Safely renovate the spaces on the 2nd floor of the old Penobscot County Courthouse, which has been used as the County Commissioner's Courtroom into functional office spaces for the District Attorney's office. Work will include: Removing the current courtroom bench, Remove old carpeting, Creating doorway in southeast corner of new office space, Building a secure vestibule at the current room entrance to include, Receptionist window with bullet proof glass and/or bank drive through sliding drawer, so the receptionist can safely interact with the public, card reader access from receptionist vestibule into office spaces, lighting, Telephone/ Network.
