Distribution Improvements

Work includes approx 2,025 LF 8" PVC SDR21 PR200 main; 80 LF 16" steel casing with 8" carrier pipe by jack and bore; part 1: 500 GPM deep well; part 2: 200,000 GAL elevated tank. See attached file.
