Disparity Study Update RFP

Description: The City of Cincinnati seeks a consultant to update its disparity study and assess the utilization of minority- and women-owned businesses in City contracts. The work includes project planning and engagement, legal and availability reviews, contract-utilization and statistical analyses, a review of procurement barriers, and recommendations for remedies. An optional construction-workforce study may also be included, and performance is expected to last no more than 15 months after contract signing.
