Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Platform & Implementation Services

Description: The City of Monroe (Monroe County, Michigan) seeks a qualified contractor to furnish, install, configure, test and operationalize a turnkey Disaster Recovery (DR) Infrastructure Platform and associated services, including Veeam recovery orchestration, backup copy jobs over municipal fiber, and VMware-to-Hyper-V or equivalent restore workflows. The procurement is funded in whole or in part by federal grant funds and requires compliance with federal procurement regulations (including 2 CFR §200.321 small business requirements). Proposals are due mid-September 2026 and the contract performance period is expected to begin after award in late September or early October 2026.
