Dining Services - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Acquire dining services, concession services and special event services for Clemson University (CU). The Contractor shall manage and operate all Student Dining services, including but not limited to: Residential dining halls, Retail dining locations, Convenience stores, Meal exchange programs, Campus catering. This is an initial ten (10) year term contract, with five (5) one (1) year optional renewal terms. The maximum potential contract life is fifteen (15) years. See attached file.
