Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking Direct to Phase II SBIR proposals under topic DON26BZ05-DV082 to develop a bi-directional software Cross Domain System (CDS) guard for expeditionary, small-form-factor fielded modular computer systems with a PCIe open systems interface. The topic requires support for up to 100 Mbps of data parsing, including video streams, tracks, messaging, and voice, plus data logging, and calls for a Phase II prototype demonstrated on four commercial off-the-shelf removable plug-and-play computer modules. The official page identifies it as a Navy DIRECT TO PHASE II SBIR Release 5 topic—not a grant-program listing—and states "Pre-release 8/5/26," "Opens to accept proposals 8/26/26," and "Closes 9/23/26 12:00pm ET"; as of 2026-08-07, the opportunity is upcoming rather than closed or archived.
