Description: SFO has an opportunity for you to join its successful concession program.   Request for Proposals: Dianne Feinstein International Terminal A Specialty Retail Store Lease, a Small Business Set-Aside Summary of Scope of Work: The San Francisco Airport Commission is commencing the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Dianne Feinstein International Terminal A Specialty Retail Store Lease, a Small Business Set-Aside. The lease consists of one (1) post‑security retail location in Dianne Feinstein International Terminal A, totaling approximately 1,041 square feet. The space is intended for a specialty retail concept featuring unique, locally made, and artisan‑crafted gifts and products, including apparel, hats, home fragrances, apothecary, jewelry, stationery, home décor, and art supplies. The Minimum Acceptable Financial Offer is $100,000.00, which shall serve as the initial Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) for the successful proposer. The Base Rent shall be the higher of the MAG or the following tiered percentage rent structure: • 8% of Gross Revenues achieved up to and including $500,000.00; plus • 10% of Gross Revenues achieved between $500,000.01 and $1,000,000.00; plus • 12% of Gross Revenues achieved over $1,000,000.00.
