Biathlon Complex Improvements - Biathlon Complex (trail Widening and Utilities) RFP
The project is to upgrade the Nordic Skiing Facility stadium area and trails to support winter biathlon training and competition at a facility with an International Biathlon Union (IBU) Class B competition event license at the national and international level.
