Description: The Illinois State Police is seeking bids for a six-year contract to provide DNA Buccal Swab Collection Kits. The vendor will manufacture, stock, and deliver the kits to approximately 300 approved facilities throughout Illinois, with estimated annual usage of 40,000 to 47,000 kits and specified packaging, swabs, seals, fingerprint sheets, gloves, and barcode labels. This open-market IFB permits electronic quotes and requires submission of the signed contract, offer, vendor disclosures, and BEP Utilization Plan before the September 16, 2026 bid opening.
