Description: "DESIGN-BUILD" The existing pre-engineered metal building is built on a slab-on-grade foundation with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical utilities. An emergency generator is designed to support mission critical functions by the existing building along with other building nearby. The proposed addition shall utilize the existing building utility infrastructure to the extent possible. Available existing As-Built drawings have been provided but are not guaranteed to be accurate to existing conditions.
