Summary
Developers for a development opportunity for a portion of the university hospital. Developers for the various services, trades, and products required. The project includes, at minimum, (i) demolition of existing buildings, (ii) site remediation, (iii) site preparation including utilities, and (iv) design, construction, fitout, and turnover of a building identified as the administrative building ("ADMB"). The ADMB will house approximately 875 parking spaces, approx. 10,000 SF of outpatient space on grade, and a four (4) floors of office space atop the structured parking. The project also includes site remediation and site preparation and utilities for a future medical office building ("MOB").
