Design, Build, Rehabilitation, and Maintenance Services for Removal and Replacement of Existing Unleaded Gas and Diesel System Fueling (RFP)

Design-build and long-term maintenance services for the replacement of existing unleaded gasoline infrastructure and diesel dispenser replacement furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, engineering, testing, disposal, commissioning, and long-term facility maintenance necessary to deliver a fully operational, code-compliant fuel dispensing system. Due to regulatory complexity and ongoing operational needs, the city requires a contractor capable of maintaining uninterrupted fueling operations during assessment, permitting, and construction activities, while prioritizing safety, regulatory compliance, and minimizing risks to municipal fleet services, including emergency response units.
