Lead Service Line Replacement
The City of Lynd is issuing an advertisement for bids for the Lead Service Line Replacement project, a construction solicitation covering replacement of one (1) water service and related incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Sealed proposals are due at 1:00 p.m. on September 17, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk in Lynd, where bids will be publicly opened and read. The work is subject to Minnesota PFA state and federal wage requirements, Build America Buy America (BABA) language, and disadvantaged-business-enterprise goals, and must be completed by August 27, 2027.
