Description: U.S. Chemical Storage 2HRBFR 25X7X9 - 3 Bay Storage building - Qty: 1 EA. To be considered responsive, any proposed “equal” product must meet the following essential physical and functional features: Construction & Fire Rating: Must feature a two-hour bi-directional fire-rated, weatherproof construction that meets or exceeds UL 263 and ASTM E-119 standards. Climate Control: Must be equipped with an integrated Class 1 Division 2 heat pump mini-split system for continuous and rigid climate control (heating and cooling) to maintain chemical stability. Ventilation: Must possess an integrated explosion-proof mechanical exhaust ventilation system, with intake vents located within 12 inches of the floor to safely remove hazardous fumes.
