Description: This active presolicitation notice concerns a future full-and-open procurement for direct delivery fuels for the U.S. Consulate in Erbil, Iraq, and is not a grant program. DLA Energy anticipates awarding a one-year contract with a one-year option for diesel fuel and MUM fuel.
