Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity is seeking engineering services to conduct Facility Surveys & Assessments across 45 schools serving more than 22,000 students in Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, and Guam. The work covers physical surveys, inspections, multidisciplinary facility-condition and operational assessments, engineering evaluations, and data-management support for 154 structures totaling approximately 5,416,211 gross square feet. This is an 8(a) set-aside federal presolicitation for engineering services, with responses due September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
