Demolition of Right of Way Parcels 7-12372, 7-12424, 7-12464, 7-12711 and 7-12719

Description: The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is soliciting qualified contractors for the demolition of five residential parcels (7-12372, 7-12424, 7-12464, 7-12711, and 7-12719) located in Tolleson and Avondale, Arizona. The scope of work includes complete demolition of structures (a 3,124 sq ft concrete slab, a 780 sq ft frame storage building, a 240 sq ft canopy, and a 480 sq ft wood frame canopy), removal of miscellaneous fencing, concrete, asphalt, and vegetation from the 1.14-acre parcels. Bonds are required, and prevailing wages apply. This procurement is conducted under solicitation BPM007684 pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code.
