Demolition of Land Bank Property RFP

Description: Provide demolition and removal of the residential structure. The project includes demolition and removal of the structure and associated debris, proper disposal of materials, and final site cleanup and grading. Upon completion, the lot shall be left cleared, level, and ready for future development in accordance with the specifications contained in the request for bids.
